Drug Dilemma

Today's thought is more of a rant than anything, but I just have to say it! For the last several months I have had serious issues with a certain grocery store's pharmacy...lets just call it "Albert & Sons". Everytime I go in, what they say will only take 15 min. quickly turns into and hour. So there I am standing between the old man who can barely stand and the mother holding the infant that is tired, sick, and crying. It appears obvious to me that these people need to get their stuff and go home, but this does not seem to bother the one pharmasist and the slow tech that are talking to the current customer about his cat, while they look around for his prescription that they have misplaced.
I fully confess I had know idea that I would be so bugged by this type of situation, but it just drives me crazy. Despite my complete annoyance, I have a bad habit of going back hoping that it will be different...I'm always dissapointed. So for the sake of my sanity and the safety of the people at "Albert & Sons" I declare a search for a new pharmacy. At the moment though, I take Seinfeld's veiw of pharmasists.

If you have any suggestions for a good pharmasist let me know!

I totally agree with Jerry. Why in the world does it take an hour to move pills from the big bottle to the small bottle? This can't be done while I stand there and wait for 2 minutes? Why does it have to take so long? It's not rocket science. It's not like he's got to mix up chemicals in the back, turn them into pill form, then bottle them himself!! Just move it from the big bottle to the little one! Really, and HOUR??

...yes, I've been bugged by this, too. Let me know when you find a better pharmacy. :)
