This is such a funny video. As with all things humorious, I have to give credit to my friend jill for directing me to this video....Classic. The best part is their cute lil' british accents and the full range of facial expressions. Enjoy!

Trying to find music at work that both Jill and I can stand is a continual struggle. This is not because we don't like the same type of the music, but just that fact that we listen to the same things over and over and again. When we do bring CDS after the first 5 it gets very hard to decide which CD we want to listen to for the 20th time. In order to mix things up and give us a break from choosing the music we decided to listen to Cozy 106.5. This is not a chanel I or Jill would noramally pick, but we have found ourselfs reminicing and singing along to tunes from our childhood. So overall it has been a nice change, but one minor drawback to this new found channel are the commercials. I can't stand radio commercials a lot of them contain lame acting and are overall unentertaining. However, one recently caught my attention. At first I thought it was a joke, but suprisingly its not. I'm sure quite a few have heard the commercial for Menopause the Musical. Now I'm thinking to myself...do women really feel like going to a play about Menopause (personally I don't know a single male who would really consider going). I suppose this play is suppose to empower women about the inevitable change that will occure in us all, but to me it just seems like a really desperate attempt at art. Of couse this is mearly an opinion, but I really do think people try way to hard to be artsy fartsy. Well of course the show will go on and will, as it already has been, a great success. As for me all I can do is shake my head in wonder and amusement at the idea of people singing about hot flashes.

What seems like some time ago, about a year ago, I made my way to the sweltering state of Florida. While there I had the important task of meeting my future inlaws and surviving the unearthly heat. I honestly don't ever remember being that hot in my entire life, and I don't ever want to be that hot again...Roy was in heaven. Seeing my distress he offered the idea to go to a water park. It was while at this park that I tasted, in my opinion, one of the finest creations.
Dippin' dots, although outrageously overpriced, are such a fun food to eat. For those of you who don't quite understand the concept its basically ice cream frozen into tiny small balls. Ice cream, although good by itself, is just that much better when served in a fun way. After my first taste I was hooked and have continued to crave it ever since. Back home in Utah I have not yet seen dippin' dots around and I have been ever so dissapointed....that is until last week.
I had the chance to go the Jazz game last week. The company was great, the game mediocre, and the seats hard....but than what do I see? The girl in front of us plops herself down with a cup of Dippin' Dots! AGHH...I couldn't believe my eyes...Dippin' Dots mere feet away. Unfortunately, I didn't have the money to get them. Thwarted again! Perhaps I'm meant to just dream about this delightful treat...never to taste again.
Well I've pined and whined long enough. I hope the day will come that I once again get the chance to enjoy those lil' dots again.
